Fragile Logistics & Shipping Notice

Sweet Caroline-Curated Collectibles, LLC packages and ships all collectibles using specialized materials designed to protect fragile fine china, glassware, and ceramics. Because these unique items are inherently delicate and irreplaceable, the buyer assumes a legal duty to inspect the package immediately upon arrival. Any damage sustained in transit must be reported within 48 hours of delivery as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy to ensure carrier insurance compliance. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

 

Estimated UPS Ground Rates by Weight

1 to 5 lbs: $8 to $14

6 to 10 lbs: $15 to $20

11 to 20 lbs: $20 to $30

21 to 50 lbs: $30 to $60

51 to 100 lbs: $60 to $100

Key Weight Rules and Limits

​

Maximum Weight: Individual packages can weigh up to 150 lbs.

​

Heavy Fees: Packages over 50 lbs trigger extra handling fees, and packages over 70 lbs require a special heavy-package sticker.

​

Dimensional Weight: UPS charges by actual weight or dimensional weight (size), whichever is higher.
