Capture the romance of the Edwardian era with this exquisite set of eleven antique 8.75” porcelain luncheon plates. Crafted in Limoges, France, between 1906 and 1920, these plates feature a rare and highly collectible hand-painted pink morning glory motif distributed by the renowned New York importer, George Borgfeldt & Co. Instead of the common Victorian rose, these pieces showcase vibrant trumpet-shaped pink morning glories winding on green vines. Each plate is framed by a thick gold gilt rim. Perfect as a striking "cabinet plate" wall display, an elegant dessert service, or an addition to an antique porcelain collection. No chips, hairline cracks, crazing, or repairs. The hand-painted pink floral design remains vibrant and unfaded. Unsigned front. The gold rim trim is intact without noticeable wear, rubbing, or fading beyond typical age of item(s).
